Contributes to the development of professional competences of VPL staff by (a) defining competence standards, (b) developing an online self-evaluation tool, and (c) compiling a learning toolkit.
EC-VPL contributed expertise in VPL methodology, qualitative research design, and dissemination across the consortium. Outputs include case studies, an online self-evaluation tool, learning resources for practitioners, and a closing report informing programme policy at European level.
